Sorry for being dead for so long. I was really busy with work and my life is really constant!!!
As with the other blogs we are all near to declaring dead...

Anyway I am alive and well... Have had a few ups and downs in this period of time and when I am more comfortable to release y... I will tell it here!!!!

Just for all my friends out there, pray for me to remain happy ok? Love you guys!

I have a lump on my neck too... Seeing the specialist on Monday!!! Hopez it's not gonna be bad!

Thks for your reply. So when will the amount be refunded since 8207 is out of stock.
Please aso let us know when will the est. arrival time for item Y5052. We would also like to check all rejected items to be mailed back to you and these extra courier charges will be borneby who? We don't think these charges should be borne by us as goods should be rightfully checked and confirmed that they are in good condition before mailing out to customer. Could you please go and check with your mum as she is the one who inspected all those rejected items we sent to your home at Tampines personally on 26 July 2008 Saturday afternoon. If not, please check on those emails which I've sent to you all these while.
Remember that day your maid wake you up from your sweet dream? And there your mum came home with your delicious KFC and you didnt even acknowledge us or apologise and all you care is your KFC. Is this the way to treat customer like tat?? We came all the way from Woodlands just to return those items as you did not reply to my email enquiry about returned procedures and cost since you have indicated that we need to return rejected items within 7 days. So we got no choice but to bring down from Woodlands to Tampines..
Hope to hear from you or your mum asap. If not please refund all the money to us. We do not want to wait further...cos we have waited too long and we dont want to keep on chasing after you...it's so tiring....!!

This is the way you should treat your customers! We had fully complied with your policy! We even went to the extend of personally visiting your home when you did not reply to our email on the exchange enquiry. In case you forgot your own policy, here's a gentle reminder.......
Exchange policy:
We provide the best service to our customers and ensure that all customers are satisfied shopping here. A sizing chart is provided to elp our customer determine a fit that is comfortable . An exchange will be made if:
1. The colour of the product we delivered is not the colour customer has ordered.
2. The size of the product we delivered is not the size customer has ordered.
3. The product is torn/damaged at the time of delivery after the customer has checked the product. Item tag must NOT be removed in order for any exchange to be done. We allow exchange within 7 days after receiving the item.

All items have been returned to you accordingly. We even attached a note on every single piece of returned item indicating the problem. And this is what you tell us????????? We do not wish to waste our time for another trip to Tampines nor do not wish to lodge a complaint at CASE. However, if you still not not complied with your own policies, we will have to do so. We are fine with either exchange or refund of our money. But PLEASE NOTE, WE AS CONSUMERS ARE ENTITED TO QUALITY GOODS and SERVICES.

We did not request customer to come down personally. It is your own choice to come down yourself. Also, even the goods are inspected by other personnels, they are not an employee of ShopLah!. There is a reason why we need customers to mail us back the items so that we can keep track of the items returned by a particular customer. We are not responsible for any delay of exchange for this case. The website does not state 3907 comes with belt. This will not be exchanged. We were very sure that ALL of us inspected one another purchases and ALL agreed that we should return the pieces that were with HOLES for exchange. With exception of one item which had a FEW patches of GREY stains, the rest of the return items for EXCHANGE were with HOLE(S).

If you think that it is because of our HIGH DEMAND, We feel we have a need to explain ourselves, to let you know we are not unreasonable nor uncivilized.

1st: Almost all the pieces that we have ordered, were different to the pictures that were posted. (We understand,we accepted)
2nd: Delivery took almost 3 weeks. (We understand, we waited)
3rd: Out of 12 items ordered, 1 never reach, 5 were damaged. (We understand, trusted your return and exchange policy, we waited for exchange)
4th: We enquired on return policy, no reply for our enquiry after 7 days. (We understand, you are still schooling, may be busy with homework, nevermind, we deliver to your doorstep.)
5th: We visited you at home, you ignore us. (Never mind, your mum (no-employee) served us.)
6th: We allowed your mum to inspect the damaged goods, only to realise in your later email that we should not approach Non-employees. (Sorry for that, we thought that legally she is still your guardian, so she should be accountable on yur behalf)
7th: Exchange took forever until we decided to give you a last chance before going to CASE. (We understand, we waited again)
8th: You send us an email insulting our intelligence, '' It is your own choice to come down yourself." (opps, think we made a fool out of ourselves)

Young boy, unfortunately, we are not underage, immature girls without a thinking power of the mind. We are working adults with years of experience in the society. And, We do know our legal rights as a consumer.

Maybe we should let other people be our judge. Friendster, Facebook, bloggers.... I think news should spread quite fast... Hmmmm... Imagine we shall post all our correspondence emails online......


Nah, Dun worry..... Unless we still dun get what we paid for, it should not happen......

I am so inconsistent... I'm only updating now... oh well. better than nuthing duh...

Well well!!! I'm in the midst of exams... So bloody stressful... Geez...

Work is crazy... I mean why do some people stress themselves and refuse to ask for help. Is it better to screw up your work or what????

I just dun get it... I can't wait for exams to be over and then special term starts. Kinda sucks... Full time students get holidays and I get special term.. Haix.. price to pay I guess... If anyone out there misses me.. Send me an sms... Cheer me up before you go go....

I am going back to my studies... When it is over, I will update all the pictures of my african violets including the one at home.... This is to tell you guys that african violets can be grown at home.. Woah... OHOH... and the ones at office are blooming constantly... I simply must share my delight and happiness... I have them in all colours... It is simply delightful...

Everyone out there reading??? Stay happy and lucky... The world goes round every second of every minute of every hour of every day of every month of every year... SO IT IS EASIER TO SMILE AND PASS THE DAY THAN BE SAD AND PASS THE DAY... =)

God! *Faint* I can't believe that line is back on hankering me again...

After one year of missing it I'm announcing it again.. Really damn it stress ok.. Come on.. I know I never ever portray that face.. But I do get stress... Simply by counting the pimples on my face... *Rolls on the floor and laugh*

I haven't typed in an entry in a long time... Things have been happening and thoughts go through my mind... I guess time changes a lot of stuff and well, it seems to be silly on pondering but at times, it becomes a need to consider...

Now what I really wonder is to stay on or not? God.. I need a break...

Well, I can't chat a lot, My books are awaiing for me to get back to them...

I'll visit back as soon as time allows... *Cheers*
